We're looking for a lovely new flatmate to join us in our spacious, light-filled maisonette. The flat has two bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room, and a separate dining area, making it an ideal home for three women. It's cosy and full of character, with a charming rustic feel, and we take pride in keeping it clean, welcoming, and well maintained.

We're hoping to find someone who is relaxed, respectful, and appreciates living in a peaceful, well-looked-after home. We'd love someone who is kind, polite, trustworthy, and has their own routine and interests.

This isn't a party house, so we're not looking for someone who regularly hosts large gatherings or uses the flat as a social hub. Friends are always welcome to visit, but we value keeping the home calm and comfortable for everyone.

A little about us: one of us works as a creative and spends more time at home, while the other is often out. We're friendly and easy-going, and we're looking for someone who will fit in naturally and contribute to a positive, respectful household.
