Cheap double room in Willesden Junction

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a lovely, chilled flatmate to move in with us. It’s a great flat and definitely feels more like a home than a soulless flat share. I (Edd) have been here 15 years and the room is only £150 more than when I first moved in so it’s great value for money too.

Bills come to £125 a month on top of rent which I think is pretty standard these days!

The room is a good size double with space for a desk and the flat is just minutes away from Willesden Junction station. The room is available from September 4th, with a bit of flexibility either side.

There’s a spacious lounge that has a big bay window, some nice plants and loads of art work on the wall. There’s also a big kitchen with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The photos don’t do it justice. We also have a modern bathroom which was recently refitted. The flat is genuinely incredible value for money and really lovely.

The entire flat was repainted and had new carpets put in a few years ago so it’s looking nice and fresh.

The flat has a really nice homely feel so we’re looking for someone who wants to treat it like a home too. We’re also only looking for long term flatmates, preferably at least a year.

Edd (gay, 39) is a piano teacher and orchestral musician and Tika (queer, 34) is an illustrator and soon to be accounting student. The lounge is definitely the hub of the flat, so we tend to hang out there when we’re home. We’d love for you to get involved in that as well.

Willesden Junction is incredibly well connected. The station is a short walk away, with the Bakerloo line and the overground both stopping there. Oxford Circus is 25 minutes away and Euston, Richmond and Clapham Junction are all 20 mins away. The 18 and 220 also stop at the end of our road.
