This is the perfect way to meet new young and talented professionals while staying in one of the best service apartment with everything you need!

The en suite room is new as this building just finished construction in May 2016. The view provides a broad look of central London.
The room has a 3 quarter bed, a TV monitor, storage boxes, desk, bed light etc...
The contract includes cleaning your room/ toilet & shower/ the shared kitchenette every other week. ALL BILLS (electricity, water, anything) INCLUDED in the rent.
The room is located in 3rd floor, away from the communal space in the floor so it is always quiet!
You will only have to share the kitchen with one other flatmate. Pans/ bowls/ glass/ cups are provided, 2 hobs, a oven microwave, a fridge and a sink will therefore be shared between two of you. If both of you want to cook at the same time, there is a communal kitchen in every floor.

There are different communal space in each floor:
Ground floor: Gym, restaurent & Bar, Cafe, Simply Fresh convenient store, 'The Exchange' working space
2nd floor: Launderette
3rd floor: Sauna & Message rooms
4th floor: 'Secret garden' themed multi-purpose space with work desks
5th floor: Cinema room with lots of film options
6th floor: Games room- and free drinks every Friday! Lots of video games/ PS4/ table tennis
7th floor: library with books & working space

It has 24 hours reception desk/ security; maintenance will come right away if there are any problems within your room/ kitchen.

Transport:
- Wilsden Junction (5 min walk from The Collective) is on the overground and Bakerloo line.
- North Acton Station (8 min walk from The Collective) is on the central line - which also is 24 hours now on the weekend!
