- close to Wimbledon train station (District line & SW trains), South Wimbledon tube station (Northern line around 30 minutes to London bridge & Central London), tram (to Croydon) & buses (to Sutton & Morden). (8 - 10 minutes walk)
- Close to Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Oseyo, park, tennis playground and gym.
- All bills included gas, water, electricity, council tax and broadband.

You will be sharing with 1 male and 1 female who are friendly and professional.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, social and will look after the house as her home.

The fourth room used by a female, only 1 month a year so the house mainly shared by 3 people.
