This is a double room in a 4 bedroom house.

We are looking for a person who loves to live in a quiet atmosphere rather than a party house. We love to socialise and also respect the rules of the house.

The house has a large kitchen fully furnished and a bigger garden to enjoy nice days. Also, the house has two toilets.

All bills are included ( e. g., council tax, tv license, gas, energy, water and internet). the cleaning of the house is under the responsibility of all the flatmates so we are sharing all the responsibilities of the sharing spaces with weekly cleaning rotas and every roommate will be responsible for their own room.

The house is surrounded by shops, green areas and an easy commute system.

Note: as the contract is provided your right to live in the UK will be checked and this contract will be not valid for people that live with UK benefits. For that reason, your income and references will be checked to ensure that you are the suitable person to share the house with us.
