House mate will only be restricted from my bedroom and office . Ground floor living room, kitchen and garden are communal.
I do have a cat so would be happy to have another in the house.
The street has a dead end so it is quiet , just round the corner from Haydons road Station (Thameslink), 15mins from South Wimbledon Station (Northern line) and 15mins walk to Wimbledon Station.
I don’t require references however I will want to meet any prospective housemate first.
