Lovely Single in Wimbledon

Hello!
I’m creative and looking for lovely like-minded humans- vegetarians would be a plus, but no deal breaker :-)
The other housemates are between 26-30 years old professionals and they are awesome! :)
Some do work as freelance in the creative industry and some have office working hours....working from home at the moment....
The house is tidy, clean, cosy and welcoming, a mid terrace with a huge large South-West facing garden. We have 1 single room available, it's on the 1st floor. It’s spacious with a comfortable single higher bed, with drawers and lots of storage space underneath, a wardrobe with a large mirror and a table/chair. We could also fit some shelves if needed.
The kitchen has appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, very large fridge/freezer) and a dining area.
The bathroom is very large with a bathtub and an extra shower. We have a super fast fibre broadband....there is also a parking space if needed.
Bills are £70 a month not included in the rent, the rent including utility bills and broadband is £570 a month. for the single room.
It’s very well connected to public transport: bus connections, tram, trains, District Line and Northern Line are all nearby.
It is within walking distance to Wimbledon College of Art and a 20 minute walk to Wimbledon town centre. There are shops like CO-OP, TESCO Express and Sainsbury’s Local around the corner, and also some independent restaurants and coffee shops...
The deposit is one month’s rent and will be paid into a government protected scheme.
