Double room w/ personal bathroom

Available 1st December. Long-term stay possible — flexibility available for the right person. Double room (bigger than it looks in the pics!) with large bathroom including waterfall shower over bath. Ideally looking for someone who wants a place to call home for at least 6 months. My bedroom is self contained on the top floor so there is a lot of privacy for both of us.

Great for commuters as the flat is an 8min walk to Northern Line at Colliers Wood tube station and 20min walk/5min bus ride to Wimbledon station. It’s also perfect for anyone working at St George’s Hospital, 15mins walk away.

The room is sunny south facing and has plenty of storage space. An inclusive household open to all cultures and backgrounds.

- newly refurbed personal bathroom (not en-suite to bedroom but nearby on same floor)
- shared eat-in kitchen, garden and balcony
- no permanent parking, but guest parking tickets are available for a fee and there is public parking close by
- Cats welcome and I will consider someone with a dog but I’d have to meet the dog ahead of agreement (my last flatmate had a dog and we got on great. It also means the balcony and garden are secure and you would always have a live in dog sitter 😹). However for anyone with pets I’d ask for a slightly higher deposit and to organise a fortnightly cleaner for the room and communal areas at their expense.

As for me: I work from home most of the time and cook a lot. Love to read on the balcony on a sunny day and travel when I can. I’m open and respectful to other people’s cultures and backgrounds and over the years have lived with people from many a walks of life. My few preferences are:
- a professional (but am happy to consider medical or mature students)
- someone who doesn’t WFH all week.
- non-smoker.
