Furnished Double Room Available!

We are three professionals looking for a new housemate to move into our spare furnished room!

I work for a Tripadvisor, my housemate - Ali - works for the NHS and my other housemate - Brittney - works in insurance. We are all very friendly with one another whilst also respecting each other’s privacy and space and Brittney and I wfh throughout the week, so we like to chat and have a good gossip throughout the day.

We will occasionally watch shows/movies with one another and go out on the weekends together, whether that’s for a run, some dancing, or a niche country festival so we are looking for someone who is pretty sociable.

We also have a rescue dog named Polka! Polka is a very good dog, but she is a rescue so can take some time to warm up to strangers. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is very comfortable and understanding with dogs, is happy with less traffic in and out the house and who adores them as much as we do!

The house is a perfect location - it is about a 10 min walk from both South Wimbledon station and Wimbledon train station. We are right by the theatre, and about a 5 min walk to Wimbledon Broadway. There are also many bus stops around, gyms, pubs, restaurants - basically everything you need! Rent is £635 per month and bills are roughly £160 - depending on the time of year.
