M-F let: large, bright en-suite double room

**Monday to Friday let**

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my flat in Wimbledon with during the week. The room is a spacious double with an ensuite shower room. There is a shared sitting room and kitchen. There is a garden too, although you can't access it directly from the house. There’s permit parking on the road outside and there’s another parking option which we could discuss. The flat is on the first and second floors with no direct access to the garden so isn’t suitable for pets.

The flat is opposite a bus stop. The bus takes you directly to Wimbledon town centre (a 14 minute walk to the mainline to Waterloo/District Line tube station) or Colliers Wood for the Northern Line. Haydons Road station (for City Thameslink) is 5 minute walk away.

I am a friendly ex-NHS Manager in my 40s and I’m young at heart. I finished an MSc last year and I’m looking for PhDs while also setting up a business. I'm looking to share with a professional who has another home to go back to at the weekend and is a non-smoker. I work from home, so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who also works from home every day. It’d be nice to be able to have a chat and catch up on what’s going on, but also respect each others’ alone time.

It's £800 including bills, and a fortnightly cleaner, with a deposit of £800.
