Hello!

We're looking for a lovely young female professional to join our home in Wimbledon! We have a spacious double room available from 1st September, and we're hoping to find someone who's looking for more than just a house share – we want someone to become part of our home and our little SW London family.

The room is mostly unfurnished, with bedside table, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers included should you wish to use, so you can really make it your own. Our previous housemate is also happy to leave her bed (including the mattress) for a small fee if you'd like it – although full disclosure, it has seen better days, we would recommend getting a new one!

💗 The House

A gorgeous 3-bed house with a bonus smaller bedroom that we're turning into a home office/spare room for guests.

The house has a spacious living room with what is genuinely the comfiest sofa ever (the perfect place to debrief after a night out), a modern kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of room if you work from home. There's space for a desk in the bedroom too, plus you're welcome to work from the kitchen or living room.

Surrounded by loads of cafés, cute pubs, restaurants and about 10 different gyms to choose from.
15 minutes to Wimbledon Park and the Common.
Just 2 minutes from the 156 & 493 bus stops, connecting you to Richmond, Tooting, Vauxhall and Clapham.

Works for The Wimbledon Championships. Five-year reigning Household Queen, maker of the crispiest roast potatoes known to mankind, loves a great TV series and is always up for a trip to the pub.

We're genuinely best friends (thank you, SpareRoom! 🥹) and have built a lovely friendship group in SW London. We're looking for someone friendly, sociable and easy-going who wants to become part of that too.

We love all the generic stuff - cosy nights watching Netflix, cooking together, a trip to the pub, festivals, and a night out that somehow escalates far beyond our original plans. We also LOVE a card game so make sure you’re up to speed with the rules of 5 Lives before you move in!

We're also a clean and tidy house, respectful of each other's space, and while we all have our own lives, we love catching up over dinner or a glass of wine. This really is our home rather than just somewhere we happen to live, so finding the right person is really important to us.

We're ideally looking for:
Female, aged around 27–35.💼 Full-time working professional.
Sociable, tidy and considerate.
We both occasionally work from home, but we'd prefer someone who isn't fully remote.

💸 The Boring Bits

Bills are approximately £174.86 per person, per month, which covers WiFi, gas & electric, water, council tax. (We are working on getting this down!)
