One of our housemates is moving out, so we’re looking for a friendly professional to join our home!

We’re a relaxed, sociable house of young professionals (25–30, two females and two males). We like spending time together, whether that’s sharing a film, a chat in the kitchen, or the odd drink in the garden, but we also respect each other’s space and keep things quiet at unsociable hours.

The house has a conservatory and a private garden, which we make good use of for hanging out.

We do like to keep things clean and tidy, so everyone takes a turn on our weekly rota (non-negotiable, it works well for us!).
