One Double Room available - Wimbledon

Hi there,

I’m looking for someone to move into a spare room in my flat in Wimbledon.

The flat is pretty nice, with two bedrooms, a separate living room and kitchen, a full bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. Unfortunately there’s no en-suite, but having the extra toilet is quite handy!

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, so there’s plenty of storage and space to work from home.

The flat is in a lovely part of Wimbledon, around a 15-minute walk from Wimbledon station, 11min walk from Wimbledon Village, and a 6min walk from the Wimbledon common. From Wimbledon station it’s pretty convenient for getting into central London, to get to Waterloo it’s 16mins on the train.

Rent is £1,000 per month, including all bills.

I’m 25 and currently working, although I’ll be starting a new job in November.

I’m pretty sociable and enjoy going to the pub, having wine and catching up with friends after work or at weekends.

I’m quite clean and tidy, and ideally looking for someone who’s similar in that respect.
