One Double Room available - Wimbledon

Hi,

I live in a flat in Wimbledon, about a 15min walk from the station or a 8min bus journey or 5min cycle and there is a spare room.

I’m looking to rent out the spare double-bed room. In the 2-bedroom flat, the room is available in Late-June or later, the move in date is flexible. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of draws, 2 bed-side stands, a lamp and a desk. There is one full bathroom that would be shared and an additional toilet.

The flat is in a fairly quiet area, but the upstairs neighbours (a family with two kids, do run around a fair amount) can be annoying with their foot steps. There are two private gardens for residents to use and there is even more green space just a 7min walk away.
