Our housemate is moving out due to change in work location.

Double room. Lots of natural light, on the top floor, can come fully, part or unfurnished.

Bathroom (with bath) shared with 1 other person.

Ideally located with multiple transport links close by (tube, tram, bus and overground!) - 5 minute walk to Wimbledon Chase Station (Thames Link), 8 minute bus, short lime bike or 15 minute walk to Raynes Park Rail Station (South West Rail), 8 minute bus to both Morden (Northern Line) and Wimbledon (District Line, Tram, South West Rail & Thames Link).

Located in a safe and quiet area with parks and greenery a short walk away. We are also very nearby several express supermarkets and coffee spots.

Communal areas are mutually decorated, we have a shared projector in the living room with access to most streaming services, we have an outdoor gym and we have a spacious garage for storage as well as a car port for one car and driveway that fits 2 cars.

You will be moving into a house of 4, aged between 25-30. 1 couple (Jay, 30 & Alice, 25) and 2 other women (Jade, 29 & Soph 26). There are working professionals living here on a range of schedules but mostly 9-5s or work from home.

We are an LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse household, with several queer and disabled individuals. Amongst us we have two queer women, and a trans man - no transphobia, homophobia or sexism is tolerated. Single men will not be considered with an exception for trans men.
One of the housemates has an incredibly bouncy, loving and cuddly 4 y/o staffy x husky (pictured) that we all share care for, so you must like medium to large dogs!

We consider ourselves a chosen family and regularly have house games/movie nights. We all come together to host a party for birthdays, Halloween and a house Christmas dinner before everyone goes home for the holidays.

We have a cleaning rota to ensure all chores are done equally and to keep the house clean and tidy.

The landlords are a brother and sister who grew up in the house. They are lovely and we are yet to have a single issue with them (one of us has lived here almost 3 years).

Monthly rent of £900 + bills (inc council tax) which total between £100 - £150pcm (higher end of the scale in winter)
