House Details:
The Room available is large with high ceiling.
Its only available for 1 person. The room is on 1st
floor at back. It has new wardrobes, new carpet
and new bed. There is plenty of storage. There's
internet cable in room at the office desk.

The Kitchen is spacious and has 2 cookers /
ovens, 2 sinks, washing machine, tumble dryer
and 3 fridge freezers. There's base and wall
storage cabinets available.

There's 3 Toilets ( 2 bathrooms & 1 Toilet room )

Wimbledon is a great place, with lots of parks
and outdoor entertainment areas. We are 6-8mins
walk from wimbledon centre. There are many
supermarkets locally: waitrose, sainsburys, tesco,
morrisions. There's plenty of restaurants on the
high street. There's local shops near to house,
butchers, pizza, fish bar, coffee shops, restaurant.

Great transport links, bus, district tube line,
croydon tram, over ground train connections,
493, 156 bus near house.

Utility bills are included and some household
products are included in rent payment:
(hand soap, wash powder, toilet paper, refuse
bags)

Cleaning Not Included. House Guests arrange
and contribute £12 per month each, towards
fortnight clean of comunal areas.
