We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in this lovely 3 bedroom flatshare in Wimbledon.

There is one small, unfurnished double room available which looks out over the shared garden. Photos show furnished room, however would be offered unfurnished. The rest of the property is furnished.

About the flat: There is a good sized kitchen, cosy living room and modern bathroom. Stairs up to the flat through a communal hallway (sadly there is no lift). There is also a shared garden at the back with secure bike storage. The flat overlooks South Park Gardens, is in a quiet neighbourhood and only 6 minutes walk from Wimbledon station.

Please note current room price pcm is as shown on the ad, however we are expecting an increase in rent to occur in July (amount tbc).

Approx bills breakdown (following amounts would be split between all tenants):
- Council tax band E £262 pcm
- Broadband £35.00 pcm
- Energy bills £135 pcm
- Water bills £66 pcm

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to take this room as our current flatmate moves out of area. You would be moving in with two professionals (a teacher and a doctor), who enjoy the outdoors and keeping fit, as well as cosy nights at home in front of the tv. Room available from 19th July but may be possible to move in earlier than this. Ideally looking for someone who would be able to stay long term (e. g. 12 months or more). We would like a flatmate who will help keep the shared areas relatively tidy and clean. We’d enjoy getting to know each other, but also relaxed if keeping to your own space is preferred!

Additional info: Preference to live with other professionals but mature students are also fine. This is a LGBT+ friendly household!
