The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room has a large bag window so plenty of natural light. There is lots of built in storage and shelves.
The rest of the house is really spacious with a single spare room for guests, dining area, living room, big garden that’s lovely in summer and driveway.

The house is a 10 min walk from Morden station (end of the northern line) and 20 min walk to Wimbledon, so a very safe area with all the essentials within walking distance, and super easy to get into central too.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls in their late 20s / early 30s, all in 9-5 jobs. Ideal housemate is someone in their late 20s/ early 30s to join our chill house. Ideal housemate is someone who’s in the office min 3 days a week.
The landlord is lovely and very reasonable, he lives locally too so always available to sort things quickly.

Rent: £700 p/m (note: the landlord could increase this slightly for new tenant)

Bills: approx £130-£150 p/m depending on the season.

The room availability is still to be confirmed, hopefully it will be available from 1st April but some flexibility may be needed (it all hangs on a housemate’s completion date not changing!)
