We are a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon Station and High Street, or a 15 minute walk from the Northern line at South Wimbledon.
We have lived in the house for 3 years now and have a great relationship with the landlord who is very helpful. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, and large kitchen/dining area with a seperate living room. We also have a back garden patio that is perfect for summer BBQs.
Who you’ll be living with?
3 lads who are in their late twenties, all with professional careers. We are all friendly people who enjoy sports and going to the local pub for a couple at the weekend. Ideally we would like someone of a similar nature, but mainly someone who is easy going and for us to get on with.
Bills are £150 a month and which includes council tax, water, internet & energy.
