Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy professional to share a lovely 3-bedroom flat with me in Wimbledon.

The Flat: The flat is bright and spacious with a large shared living room and kitchen perfect for relaxing. There’s one shared bathroom and the available room is generously sized with plenty of space to make it your own.

Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot, just a 5-minute walk to Wimbledon Station, making commuting super easy with excellent transport links. You’re also only 5 minutes from Tesco, M&S, and Lidl so all your essentials are right on your doorstep. The flat is opposite a park which is especially great in the summer and there are plenty of gyms nearby too.

The Vibe: This is a quiet well-maintained building, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of that and enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment.

Who I’m Looking For: A working professional (no students, sorry!) ideally someone who is tidy, considerate and easygoing. I work in a hybrid setup, so it’s important that the flat remains a good space for working from home during the week.
