Double Room available in Wimbledon

Hi there,

We're two Portuguese and Brazilian housemates, Carlota and Cristiane, respectively, looking for another girl to join our lovely home long term.

We're a very quiet household with two cats, Luna and Arthur, who would love some extra company.

You'll be staying in the downstairs double room, where all furniture in there is included (bed, wardrobe & desk). We have a fully equipped bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet and shower downstairs in the conservatory. There's also an additional guest room in the top floor for any family or friends visiting.

You'll be paying:
Rent - £900 p/ month
Bills - £150 p/ month (varies month per month)

There is a separate deposit to be paid of £1008.32, totalling 5 weeks, in order to secure the room.

We're in Council tax band E.

We're also a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon Station, 15 minute walk from Wimbledon Park, and 15 minute walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern line).
