Double Room in a Spacious Flat, Wimbeldon

I am looking for a friendly and social flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to Dubai at the end of July. There is a spacious double room available, which comes fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, and its own private bathroom.

The flat is bright and comfortable, featuring a large open-plan living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Wimbledon Station (District Line, National Rail) and 10 minutes to South Wimbledon (Northern Line). We’re also close to all that Wimbledon has to offer including pubs, restaurants, shops and other local amenities.

It’s £1,300 per month inclusive of all bills.

A little about me:
I work as a project manager and typically am in the office 3/4 days a week with the odd day working from home. I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep the place tidy. Keen to find someone who share similar values and also likes to socialise now and then.
