Looking for a lovely girl to take over my tenancy on 31st July.
I was due to move in to a lovely house with my friends on the 31st July in Colliers Wood/South Wimbledon area but due to medical grounds I now can’t. Which means I need someone to take over ASAP.
It’s in SW LONDON, with easy access to Wimbledon, South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations. 4 bedroom house with a lovely big garden.
Your bedroom would be on the ground floor, a double room with one built in closet.
You’d be living with 2 girls and a lovely boy all from a creative/performer field.
Deposit is £857, which you’d pay to one of the girls because they’ve already paid the deposit to secure the property.
Rent is £734 + bills which would be roughly £100-130.
Ideally looking someone to take over pretty soon as I’ve put them in an awkward position with this situation.
