A lovely double room is available in our beautiful three-bedroom ground-floor flat in the heart of Wimbledon, perfect for someone looking for a short-term stay in a fantastic location.

📍 Location

* Just a 6-minute walk to Wimbledon Station (National Rail, District Line & Tram)
* 10-minute walk to South Wimbledon Underground
* Close to Wimbledon town centre, shops, cafés, restaurants and Wimbledon Common

🏡 The Flat
The flat is bright, spacious and fully furnished, with:

* A comfortable open-plan kitchen and living area
* A private garden with an outhouse for additional storage
* A friendly, relaxed atmosphere

👭 The Housemates
You’ll be living with two friendly female professionals in their 30s. We’re looking for another female tenant who is clean, considerate and happy to enjoy a peaceful home.

📅 Availability
The room is available from Sunday 2nd August until Saturday 10th October (just over two months). Although the room is available for the full period, I’m only looking to cover two months’ rent, making it a great option if you’re between homes, relocating or need a temporary base in London.
