Double room in friendly Wimbledon house available

Hi! We’ve got a lovely double room up for grabs in our friendly house as our current housemate has moved out. The room is available immediately.

You’ll be living with Rosie, Dylan, Amy, and Cat (aged 30-34). We’re an easygoing, sociable bunch who all get along really well. Equally, we all appreciate our own space sometimes and have our own hobbies, friends, etc. (and we're sure you do, too!)

The available room is a bright double bedroom which overlooks the back garden. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. (Plus, it's nice and quiet as it's at the back of the house!)

We’re literally a five minute walk from Wimbledon station, and the house has everything you could need:
- Large kitchen (with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, coffee machine, air fryer, two fridge-freezers, washing machine, and tumble dryer)
- Spacious living room with comfy sofas, a big TV, dining table, board games, etc.
- Garden with room to store bikes, etc.
- Two bathrooms
- Loads of storage space
- Parking space (if you drive, it’s all yours!)

Location: We’re super close to everything – Wimbledon is packed with shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms, parks, a cinema, and Wimbledon Common for those who love a green space. You can get to Waterloo in 17 minutes by train, plus we’re on the District Line (and the Northern Line is just down the road at South Wimbledon).

Rent/Bills/other important stuff:
Rent: £692 pcm
Bills: £143 pcm - covers all utilities, super fast internet, council tax (Band G), toilet paper delivery (rogue but surprisingly handy) and a fortnightly cleaner!
Deposit: £750
Tenancy length: The contract for the house expires in August 2027, but there would likely be an option to extend beyond this point, as at least one of us has been living in the house continuously since 2021.

A bit about you: We’re looking for someone around our age range to keep the vibe going. But ultimately we just want someone who’s friendly, easygoing and has their own stuff going on, as we all do, but gets on well with all of us.
