Hi! I’m looking for a female professional to share a two bed flat with me in the heart of Wimbledon Town Centre. Available from September (actual date tbc).

I’m Rachael, I’m 31 from up north. I work in PR/Communications and I’ve lived in London for the best part of five years now! I love cooking, baking, coffee, long walks, the gym and reading 📚

I’m tidy and organised but also sociable, I like the odd trip to the pub and would love to live with someone who enjoys getting out and doing things together too, while also being happy with quiet nights in.

The flat:

* Light, bright and airy with good sized rooms
* Double room available, furnished (furniture can be removed by the letting agency if you’d prefer it unfurnished)
* Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
* Clean and well looked after, cleanliness is a must!
* Single occupancy only

The location:

* Wimbledon tube and train station (District line) is a 3 to 5 minute walk
* South Wimbledon (Northern line) is about a 10-15 minute walk
* Surrounded by shops, supermarkets, gyms, cafes, restaurants, clothes shops and charity shops, everything you need on your doorstep
* The gorgeous South Park Gardens is just on the door step (basically the back garden!)

Rent and bills approx:

* Rent: £1,046 per month
* Council tax: £89 per month
* Gas and electricity: £60 per month
* Water: £35 per month
* Wifi: £25 per month

Total inc. bills : £1255

Will check on the deposit amount with the letting agency (usually about a months’ rent).
