A bright, quiet double and single room are available in a modern three-bedroom flat in SW19, an easy walk away from Wimbledon Station, Wimbledon Village and Raynes Park. The flat is shared with one young professional and one PhD student, so it offers a calmer and more comfortable alternative to larger London house shares.

🏠 The flat
The double room is positioned at the back of the flat, making it particularly quiet and peaceful. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress, as well as ample storage space, including a full-size walk-in wardrobe, providing plenty of room for clothes, shoes and personal belongings while helping to keep the bedroom feeling open, organised and uncluttered. There is also plenty of space for a desk and chair, making the room well suited to working from home.

The single room has plenty of space for a double bed, or a work-from-home setup with a single bed, desk and chair. It has a smaller walk-in wardrobe, making it easy to stay organised. Its south-facing window lets in plenty of natural light throughout the day.

One of the best features of the flat is the large shared space. This is a proper lounge with comfy sofas and soft carpet, so there is a comfortable space to read, watch something, have a chat, or unwind at the end of the day. The combined kitchen space is well-fitted and has a kitchen island, and the large windows give both great natural light and plenty of ventilation while cooking.

The bathroom shown is only shared with one other person, as the other, unlisted room has an en-suite. The internet connection is excellent, so working from home is well covered. The letting agency is great, very proactive in addressing any complaints we've had and routinely maintains the building for us.

📍Super location
The location is ideal if you want somewhere quiet but still well connected. Wimbledon Station and Raynes Park Station are roughly equidistant, both being a 15-minute walk away. Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Village are even closer and lovely to walk around.

The immediate area is residential and peaceful, with no noisy late-night shops or restaurants directly on the doorstep, but everything you need is close by. There are loads of options for cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops and delis with Wimbledon High Street and Wimbledon Village, both within walking distance. There are also several gyms nearby, including David Lloyd, Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, PureGym and Third Space.

You would be sharing with me, a friendly and respectful young professional, and my friend and flatmate, a PhD Student. We are both sociable but also considerate of personal space, and we maintain the flat as a calm, clean and easy place to live.

This room would suit a professional looking for a quiet, well-connected home in a three-person flatshare, with proper shared space and good transport links into central London.
