Double room available in Wimbledon from 28th Sept

£1,128 a month + approx. £150 bills.

A large 3 bed house with big open-plan kitchen/living room, a large garden and a big shed outside for extra storage. The house is a 4 min walk from Wimbledon station, so super convenient for trains/tube/tram!

Your room will be a large double sharing the bathroom with just one girl. The room is currently furnished, but the previous tenant owns the bed, mattress and dressing table and is happy to sell all of it for £200 if you want it.

You’d be living with 2 girls, both 25 and working full time out of the house. We’re both really sociable and friendly but also have our own lives, so we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe.

We keep the house clean and tidy for each other and are quite mindful about putting our stuff away and keeping the shared spaces nice, especially because we both work shifts/different hours. So ideally looking for someone who’s the same and wants the house to actually feel like a home.

Would be lovely to live with someone who’s up for being friends and hanging out, having a drink etc!!
