A bright, premium room is available in a safe and quiet residential area right behind Wimbledon Broadway. The house has been fully renovated in 2025 to a premium standard. You will be sharing with a lovely family of 4 (landlord contract, not a sublet, ensuring long-term stability).

We are looking for a clean, non-smoking female student or professional to join our home.

Your Room & Bathroom
The Room: Located on the 2nd floor, offering excellent privacy. It is south-facing with plenty of natural sunlight.

Size & Specs: Spacious layout (4.27m x 3.14m) equipped with a King-size bed (155cm x 195cm), desk, chair, 32" LG Smart TV, and wardrobe.

The Bathroom: Located on the same floor. It is a very large bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a standalone shower cubicle.
Shared with a maximum of 2 people (currently planned for your exclusive use, though this may subject to change later).

House Facilities
Heating & Insulation: Equipped with Heat Pump boiler (radiators) and full double-glazing windows, keeping the house incredibly warm in winter with zero drafts (EPC Rating: 90, Grade B).

Personal heated blankets/pads are permitted.
Cooling: A fan is provided for your bedroom, and the communal kitchen/dining area features a Mitsubishi Air Conditioning (A/C) system for hot summer days.

Laundry & Water Pressure: Premium AEG large-capacity (9kg) washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.
