Double Room in centre of Wimbledon

Hello,

Our current flatmate is moving out to move in with her partner, therefore we are looking for a professional female to join our lovely home in Wimbledon. The room is a double that’s comes furnished and had direct access to the balcony. It also comes with a designated parking space in the building’s gated car park.

You would be living myself Georgia (32)
with Abbie (34). Abbie is currently working in advertising/marketing and is also a life-coach. I’m a nurse, working at St George’s.
We love living together and have become good friends. We often have tv nights, cook, walk around the common or go to the pub and have gone to events/festivals together. As much as we love hanging we both also have our own separate lives with lots going on and are both very active.

We are looking for someone friendly to join us and make the place their home.

The Room:

- Spacious, fully furnished 3 bedroom flat in a modern building in Central Wimbledon

- fully retractable doors onto a large shared balcony with garden furniture and an electric BBQ (incredible in summer!)

- underfloor heating

The Location:
- Central Wimbledon (everything is literally on your doorstep!)
- 3/4 minute walk to Wimbledon Station (SW Railway, District Line, Thameslink, Tram & Bus services)
- 2 mins walk to Morrison's and the main high street
- 10 min walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line)
- 15 min walk to Wimbledon Common and The Village

The Rent:
£915 including all bills. Heating costs may fluctuate during winter. The deposit is £770.

**Move in date is from 31st October but can be somewhat flexible
