Hi everyone!
I’m moving out with my boyfriend and so I have a room available in a lovely 4 bedroom house in Wimbledon.
I do also have a nicer video of the room but was unable to post it on here - so please do message me for it!
The house is a 10 minute walk from both Wimbledon station with SWR and the district line as well as a 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern line).
The room is £875 a month excluding bills and bills comes to about £100 a month.
The room is unfurnished but I do have a bed and mattress in the room that you are welcome to have for a little bit extra!
We are a clean and sociable house and are looking for someone who will enjoy a mixture of your own personal time but also the occasionally trip!
