Bright Wimbledon Flat + Garden – 5 Mins to Station

Bright, spacious and fully furnished flat in an excellent Wimbledon location, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Wimbledon station, with easy access to National Rail, the District line, shops, cafés and restaurants. 15 min walk to Wimbeldon Village.

The flat has a large open-plan living/dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, bathroom with bath/shower, and a private garden.

You will have the flat entirely to yourself during your stay. The property is normally a two-bedroom flat, but the second bedroom will be locked and used for owner storage during the short let.

£750 per week, including bills and Wi-Fi. A reduced rate is available for someone taking the full available period. £500 refundable security deposit.

Preference will be given to someone who can take the full period, although I may consider a shorter stay.

Suitable for one person or a couple, professional or student. No pets. No smoking inside the flat, but smoking is permitted in the garden.

Visitor parking can be arranged for £5.25 per day if required.
