Flatmate wanted – Bright 2-bed flat in Wimbledon

Hi! I’m moving into a 2-bedroom flat in Wimbledon and am looking for a flatmate to share it with. I’m currently living outside of London and am moving into the city, with the move-in date being 25 October.

The initial stay would be for 3 months, until January, with the possibility of extending beyond this depending on both of our plans.

A bit about me:
I’m 30, British-Spanish and currently working in the hospitality industry. I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy having a nice balance between being social and having my own space. I’m looking for someone who is similarly friendly, tidy and respectful.

About the flat
* Bright 2-bedroom flat with a spacious open-plan living area
* Separate kitchen
* A comfortable shared living space, perfect for relaxing or socialising
* One shared bathroom
* Located in a mainly residential and quiet area
* Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, gyms and grocery shops nearby
* Wimbledon Station is around a 10-minute walk away, with both Underground and train services

Costs
* Rent: £1,125 per month + bills
* Deposit is £1,250
