Two double rooms in Wimbledon

Room 2

Hello,

We've got two rooms going in our 4-bed Victorian mid-terrace house in Wimbledon, both available from mid-November. Myself and another housemate have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past year, however am moving on to pastures new.

Location: The area is lovely, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Approximately a 10 min walk to South Wimbledon station (Northern Line), and a 10 min walk to Wimbledon station (including District Line and Trams), and plenty of buses options as well.

The house: The open living room and kitchen space is very nice, and includes plenty of storage. Kitchen comes with the usual stuff i. e. washing machine, dishwasher (but not a tumble dryer). The place comes with a nice garden and there are parking permits available should you have a car.

Room 1: £900 pcm (available from 21 November)
The room is unfurnished, however the double bed will very likely be staying. This is the smaller of the four rooms, however is fairly spacious in terms of wardrobe space and comfortable fits a double bed. Tbc - about whether the chest of draws will stay but bed is likely to remain

Room 2: £937 pcm (available from 14 November)
Room 2 is slightly bigger with a large wardrobe and drawers included. Although, you will need to bring your own bed and mattress, as this is being taken. The view from the window over looks the rear gardens.

Bills:
Bills (council tax, water, Wi-Fi, gas/electric) have typically been between £90-£110 depending on the month. I have been the account holder for all utilities so hand this over to the current housemates before you move in.

The housemates:
Josh (32) has recently moved in and works for a tech-start up. Joel (28) has been here since March and works for Surrey Cricket Club. Ideal housemate would be somebody clean/tidy, looking to be friends rather than just housemates but equally respectful of each other's space. These rooms are open for mates looking to join a place together or equally if you had an interest in a particular room do let us know!
