En-suite bedroom Wimbledon

The flat is based in the centre of Wimbledon just a few minutes walk from the train station, where we have access to national rail, district line and trams. There is also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

We are looking for a third person to fill a room in our cosy flat.

You would be sharing with Rosie who works in fashion retail, and Flynn in engineering. The flat is quiet and friendly, we like to cook and spend time chitchatting in the kitchen, or hang out in the livingroom. Everyone also likes their own space and overall are very easy going.

The room is at the end of the flat, furthest away from the front door. You would have your own bathroom, but there is also a shared one for the other flatmates.

The rent is £1,034.00, and bills will be about £180.00 but change slighty depending on the time of year.

The room is available from December 10th, potential flexibility to move in earlier.

The flat is queer friendly.
