About The Flat 🛁

You'll have access to a fabulous fully-fitted kitchen with a huge gas hob and dishwasher, a spacious living room and a bright bathroom with a separate bath and shower, which you'll share with only one girl as the other has an en-suite.

The room comes furnished with the bed, desk and large cabinet. I'm happy to leave the mirror, cubby inserts and some other bits and bobs for a small fee — we can chat when we meet!

About The Girls ✨

I currently live with two lovely girls in their early 20s. One studies in London and the other works full time in marketing. We're all super friendly and have enjoyed catching up over coffee or a pint every now and again, but we each have our own lives and we're super respectful of that! We keep the place clean and tidy and always pay bills on time. We've created a laid back but considerate environment, and the girls are keen to keep that going.

We're looking for another female flatmate! No preference for age of profession at all.

You must be earning the required amount or have a UK-based guarantor with the required amount in annual income or savings to pass reference checks with the agent, Brinkleys.

- Haydons Road Station a 7-minute walk away, with rail connections to Central London (City, Farringdon, St. Pancras) and Sutton

- Wimbledon Station a 15-minute walk away, with rail connections to practically everywhere, a tram to Bromley via Croydon and the District Line into Central London

- South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood Underground Stations a 15-minute walk away, with the Northern Line into Central London

Supermarkets 🛒

You have a Sainsbury's Local on your doorstep (a 2-minute walk) and a Co-Op and Morrisons around a 10-minute walk down past Haydons Road Station.
