Self- contained lower ground floor living area, with its own private entrance: large reception with French windows overlooking private patio ,double bedroom , small kitchen, ensuite shower room, parking space . . Shared utility room with washing machine and separate dryer, plus storage area for bikes etc. Would suit a professional or professional couple.. . I work in the media and I live completely separately upstairs on upper two floors with my daughter. I am currently interested in a short term let between 1 and 3 months or a short term visitor to Wimbledon tennis.
