Double bed with private bathroom in family home

A bright fully furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom with a bath and shower on the same floor. The house is a 4 bedroom house with a shared kitchen and living room with amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a piano if you play!) with an accessible east facing garden. All bills are included (including council tax and gas/electric/water) with free WiFi.

Located next to Wimbledon park in a lovely area, the house is only 2 minutes away from Wimbledon park itself and a 5 minutes walk to Wimbledon park station on the district line. Bus routes are also conveniently available with a short walk to either Southfields or Earlsfield.

Regarding myself, I am a live in landlord currently living with another lodger. I will however be traveling a lot for work as such will not be in the house very often so it will just be you and the other lodger for most of the time, she is very friendly don’t worry! I am looking for another professional preferably around the same age in 20s/30s, who is tidy and clean.
