Spacious Double room with Ensuite

We have a beautiful double room available in our flat, partially furnished (bed, wardrobe and mirror staying, the rest will be taken).
The room also comes with a balcony, its own bathroom with bath, great space for a desk and storage.
You will be living with myself (Samantha) and Bria in a gorgeous flat, with another main balcony overlooking London, a shared kitchen and living space where we like to chill together some evenings with the TV on, are clean and tidy, respectful of each others space and always up for a catch up!
There is permit parking available around the flat, 2 mins walk to Wimbledon Park station, 15 mins walk to Earlsfield train station and 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stops.
We have a Coop shop next door and great coffee shops on our street that we highly recommend!
Wimbledon Park is 5 mins walk away for the Tennis and is always lovely in the summer!
We are looking for someone between 27-33 preferably and another girl to add to the flat we have made a home.
Myself and Bria both work in TV and love a good TV or film to watch, working from home 2 days a week alternative days.
Dates are currently very flexible from early - mid August, so please let us know what works.
