We’re looking for a new housemate in their late 20s / early 30s for a spacious double room shared flat in Wimbledon Park — just a 5-minute walk from the station 🚇

You’ll be living with an English guy and a South African chick who are super chilled, sociable, enjoy the occasional glass of vino 🍷, cup of tea ☕ and a bit of banter.

🏡 The room:
- Double bed, shared bathroom
- Furnished with a desk

📍 Location:
- 5 mins from Wimbledon Park station (district line)
- 20 mins to Earlsfield overground station.
- close to Wimbledon park and near small Saino’s and a Co-op

💸 Rent:
- £780 pcm
- Bills approx. £160- 200 per month
- Includes a lovely cleaner who does the communal spaces every second week ✨

We’re ideally looking for someone who:
- Is office-based / has a hybrid routine
- Is clean, considerate, and easy-going
- Enjoys a friendly home vibe rather than just a house-share
- No couples
- we love furry friends but unfortunately no pets

Move-in date: 2/3 August TBC!
Deposit: £780
Contract length: TBC- indefinite atm but can chat it through :)
