Double room with En-suite

We have a spacious double room available in our flat, fully furnished including double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room also comes with a large balcony, en suite bathroom, lots of space for a desk and room for storage.

We are looking for someone to move in from Saturday 29th August on a rolling contract, bills come to approx £130 each a month (gas, elec, water, wifi, council tax), rent is £950 per month paid the day before the 1st of the month.

You will be living with myself (Samantha) and Emma in a gorgeous flat, with another shared balcony overlooking London and a shared kitchen/ living room. We are both clean and tidy people, respectful of each others space and always up for a catch up over a cuppa or glass of wine!

About us:
Samantha, 29 - I love a good TV show or film to watch, a regular runner and Pilates lover, love a good book and originally from Durham in the North!

Emma, 30 - Often found cycling, running, swimming or hiking. I love a true crime podcast and relaxing with a cuppa.

2 mins walk from 156 bus stop
There is also permit parking available on the side street
We have a Co-op shop next door and great coffee shops on our street that we highly recommend!
Wimbledon Park is 5 mins walk away which is lovely park all year round and perfect for Wimbledon tennis.

We are looking for someone between 28-33, another girl to add to the flat we have made a home.

Even though we have a rolling contract with our landlords we’re ideally looking for someone keen to settle in the flat for at least around a year. We have an agreed 2 month notice for moving out.
