Large double in lovely flat!

Hi, one of our flatmates are moving out, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take their place! We’re a friendly, easy-going flat and are looking for someone who enjoys being sociable but also likes having their own space.

The room is a large double room which comes furnished (bed, bedside table, wardrobe, shelving, desk and desk storage as seen in the pictures). The room itself has an inbuilt storage cupboard which is great for jackets/suitcases/washing baskets and a fireplace which is perfect to hold your little nick nacks, alongside plenty of storage under the bed.

You will be sharing the property with two females aged 27-32, Sofie (who works in tech) and Naomi (musician) who have lived together for 6 years. We are a quiet house, however, always happy to have a chat in the kitchen/living room. The house has a shared bathroom with a seperate toilet, living room, and kitchen.

Water and council tax are included in the rent.

Internet, Gas, and Electricity are paid towards the end of the month and are split between tenants, this works out to be between £45-120 each, depending on the season.

The house is located less than a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon Park Station (district line). Wimbledon town centre and Wimbledon Station is approx a 15 min walk away. St George's Hospital is approx a 30 min walk or a short bus ride away. The house is surrounded by plenty of supermarkets including sainsburys, morrisons, lidl, aldi, waitrose and M&S.
