Two early 30s female professionals seeking a third female housemate for 6 months.

Beautiful large, bright double room, furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 x small bedside draws, 1 x dressing table, 2 x chest of drawers and a bookshelf, with plenty of space for additional storage. A large tv, a picture and mirrors are mounted on the walls.

You will share spacious open-plan sitting room and dining area, a large kitchen which includes a small eating area, the main bathroom (with bath and shower) and a second toilet. The flat has a gorgeous hallway and staircase that everything flows from and which is a feature of hosting friends and festive decorations.

The flat is located in the centre of Wimbledon Village, surrounded by every deli you could wish for and plenty of great restaurants and pubs. It's a 10-15min walk from Wimbledon station with the district line, overground and tram to link you up across London. South Wimbledon is a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk with the Northern Line and night tube on a weekend.

The price includes rent and all bills (internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv licence, fortnightly cleaner for shared spaces) and shared household items such as cleaning products, toilet rolls and washing detergent.

You will be living with two friendly, sociable flatmates who love a good chat in the evenings after work and hanging out together some weekends. One is an English female civil servant age 35, the other is a French female web designer age 33. We enjoy plenty of wine and good food and love go out for drinks or dinner, to theatre shows and exercise classes. We love meeting new people and hosting friends at the flat and the occasional night out. We also have a gorgeous, friendly, well behaved Cocker spaniel who loves new people to play with and likes lots of cuddles.

The room will be available from 1 October 2026.
