A very friendly older lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to give 15 hours of support across each week in a mix of practical help and company, in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She person really enjoys the company and reassurance of having someone living in her home. She would also appreciate some practical help with cooking a few meals, help with breakfast/putting breakfast things on a tray, picking up shopping, light household chores including help with bed making, and sometimes walking the very friendly dog.

The accommodation on offer is a single room and separate study/sofa room, plus a bathroom with bath that is mainly for the Sharer’s own use.

The property is in a wonderful, quiet location in the village of Wimbledon, overlooking Wimbledon Common. It’s approx. 20 mins from Wimbledon Station (overground and District Line underground).

As well as her dog, the lady’s interests include reading the newspaper, listening to Radio 3 and 4, watching documentaries, the news and some series, theatre, reading, walking and yoga.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a dog-loving positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker who ideally shares some of the lady’s interests. She has shared her home in this manner for several years and it has worked well.
