Sharing with only one other person, a live-in Landlord, who is a 36 year-old female Graphic Designer. There are no pets living in the house, however I look after my sister's cute sausage dog, Nina now and then, so need to be happy with this :) Looking for a like-minded professional who is sociable and shares the value of a clean and tidy home.

This Double room is fully furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk/dresser and a storage cupboard.

Located on a side road off the Green Lanes High Street, close to local boutique shops and cafes. A big Sainsbury's in less than a 5 minute walk away. There are also lovely parks like Firs Farm Wetlands and Grovelands nearby.

10 minutes walk to Winchmore Hill railway station. Commute to major stations including Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate all within 15-30 mins. Otherwise, a bus ride to Southgate or Wood Green tube stations on the Piccadilly Line.

Rent includes all bills (broadband, gas, electricity, tv license, water and council tax). Only additional fee is a biweekly cleaner, £30 a month.
