Incredibly large and bright home. House is clean and cosy and I adore it here.
There are 5 bedrooms (one used as an office/storage by a housemate). Two full bathrooms! Large living room, dining room communal space, huge kitchen.
Large attic space and endless storage.
Truly stunning, private, established garden with patio and also a rooftop terrace as well as front garden. Amazing in the summer.
Two rooms available from May, two housemates are relocating together. Both the same large size, with high ceilings and plenty of space. One has two windows, the other has one facing the garden. Can be semi furnished or unfurnished.
Crazy cheap! I understand this seems incredibly (suspiciously) cheap for London, we are really fortunate that we locked in a pandemic price and the landlords are lovely. So it’s not a scam, it’s just a lucky find I’m keen to hold on to.
Bills are very easy and affordable, council tax is band F works out to £65 per person. WiFi is £8 each, Water is £22 and Energy is £50 maximum (winter).
There is lots of parking and parking is completely free. There is off-street and street parking that is accessible and safe.
Location: The street is peaceful with big beautiful homes. There are coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets etc at the end of the street, with a high street and many local pubs and a village square. So lovely! Lots of parks and places to go around the area.
The location is the only perhaps “downside” to some, as it seems a little far out depending on some people, however it’s only 15 mins from Finsbury Park. I manage without issue to get around all of London easily, and when coming home at late night have no problems.
The winning part is it’s SO SAFE. I enjoy the compromise of it being a little further north for how unbelievably safe the area is. And how friendly and nice it feels.
I have lived here two years and love it so much, it’s a clean and considerate home and not so much a party house as more wine and dinner vibes. You’re free to have people stay over etc. Don’t mind who you are or what you do just so long as you’re a clean and considerate housemate and can pass the agency referencing. You can be as introverted or extroverted as you feel.
I am 32, female, from the north of England. I come from a fashion creative background but now work in events and music industry. Lots of concerts and festivals in London.
I’m big on gardening and cooking, will always offer a plate, and always down for a trip out somewhere.
Worth viewing and seeing if this is the right home for you. Please feel free to get in touch and ask any questions. Can’t wait to meet you!
