A lovely room available in a beautiful home in one of the most desirable parts of Winchmore Hill, offering a comfortable, peaceful and welcoming place to live.

The house is ideally located just 6 minutes’ walk from Winchmore Hill Station, with direct mainline services to Finsbury Park and Moorgate, making it extremely convenient for commuting into central London.

Winchmore Hill’s lovely coffee shops, restaurants, local amenities and Sainsbury’s are all within a few minutes’ walk. The beautiful Grovelands Park is also close by, perfect for walks, running or simply enjoying some green space.

I am looking for a professional lodger who is clean, considerate and respectful and would appreciate living in a well-kept home. There will be just two lodgers in the house, so it will remain a relatively quiet and relaxed household.

You’ll also be sharing the home with Pippa, my friendly young Cavapoo, so ideally you should be comfortable around dogs.
