Good affordable rooms
The rooms that i am offering are incredibly nice and well priced places for young ladies who are students and interns. The rooms are all offered as single persons occupancy.
There are two single rooms and one large room this has its own double bed and wash basin.
Renting one of these rooms is stress free as i do not operate hard tenancy agreements, but instead i offer a contract of one months notice on a rolling contract of one month. The rooms are very affordably priced and the house is placed in a lovely residential area. Council tax and bills are included in the Rent.
These rooms are must be amongst the nicest in London. They are all double glazed and centrally heated, and tastefully decorated. Also for your safety an exterior security camera system has been installed and fire detectors and fire extinguishers are in place.
The single rooms are supplied with their own l c d television with dvd player plus an apple tv media player and NETFLIX is provided.
The large room with a double bed has an internet ready connected smart television for your internet watching and a blu ray player is also supplied. The room has its own wash basin for your privacy.
Fast fibre optic wi fi is also included in the rent as are the bills and council tax. Plus NETFLIX is there for your entertainment, also all of the rooms are supplied with a personal safe.
Travel from my home is easy as only a short walk away is Winchmore Hill overland railway station. This offers direct access into central London, Moorgate or Kings Cross.
Alternatively a journey from my doorstep by bus and underground (tube Piccadilly line) takes approximately fifty-five minutes to arrive at King's Cross underground station. The Piccadilly line also operates at night on Friday night and Saturday night through to Sunday. There is also a night bus the N29 that journeys from Trafalgar square to Enfield town.
The house is located in a pleasant and safe area of London. Winchmore Hill this is a lovely area and is rich in local restaurants and shops where a brisk walk will take you to the local Waitrose Sainsbury's or Tesco for your weekly shopping.
I offer a comfortable house with its own back garden and an ample supply of hot water, plus full central heating. There is a large screen television plus a multi region blu ray player in the communal lounge. The broadband that i supply is fibre optic giving speeds of up to eighty megabytes a second with unlimited downloads.
The house supplies all the utensils that you will need and there is a specialised water filter fitted for your drinking and cooking water supply , and a water softener fitted for your supply of treated water for your bathing and washing.
A specific room is set aside for your laundry and storage of your clothes and suitcases. This is a non smoking house, but if you do smoke or vape the back garden is the provided smoking vaping area. You might wish to use your own linen or towelling, or i can supply a pack to you at no extra charge. You would have the full use of the usual kitchen facilities, the washing machine/tumble dryer the oven microwave etcetera and with dedicated fridge and freezer space.
The house is large enough to offer both friendship and privacy, and i am looking for guests to enjoy a safe happy stay here.
Now i will offer a little information on myself. I am sixty-eight years of age a non-smoker and i only drink socially. I have a friendly peaceful temperament and i like to treat people fairly.
For confirmation of identity purposes, i will need to photocopy your passport or photo card driving licence.
