Looking for one person to take a lovely double bedroom in a quiet, 2-bed flat. The overall vibe here is cosy, peaceful, and homely—definitely not a party flat, but a calm sanctuary to come home to.

I am a keen gardener, queer-friendly, and live with my cat, Busy, who spends most of his time exploring outside.

Location & Commute:

Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line): 15-minute walk.

Bowes Park Station (Overground): 15-minute walk.

King's Cross: Only 30 minutes door-to-door!

Amenities: Tons of buses and shops right at the end of the road, with beautiful allotments at the top of the street and plenty of nearby green spaces/parks.

The Ideal Lodger:
Looking for a single professional or student (no couples, sorry!) who is tidy, communicative, and friendly. Because it's a calm household, I’m looking for someone who respects shared spaces and likes to keep things clean-as-you-go so the flat stays relaxing for both of us.
