The house is quiet and peaceful. However, you can join the dining table if you’d like to eat together and share a laugh. The housemates are friendly with each other.

- How long is the duration of the tenancy?

The room is available from April 1st 2026 and it is available for at least 3 months or longer.

- How many toilets are in the house?

There are two separate toilets, one with a shower.

- Are overnight visitors allowed?

Overnight visitors are allowed a maximum of 2 days per week.

- Is there good Internet in the house?

Yes, there is wifi (150 Mbps) available throughout the property.

- Are bills included?

Yes, the price includes gas, electricity, water, cleaning and high-speed internet bills. Council tax is also included in the price.
