We are looking for a tenant to join the household, strictly no smokers. The property has two toilets and a shower, a shared kitchen with a dining table for socialising. The property also benefits from a lovely garden.

The house is quiet and peaceful. However, you can join the dining table if you’d like to eat together and share a laugh. The housemates are friendly with each other.

- How long is the duration of the tenancy?

The minimum tenancy is 3 months, longer tenancies are preferable.

- How many toilets are in the house?

There are two separate toilets. There is one shower in the main toilet room.

- Are overnight visitors allowed?

Overnight visitors are allowed a maximum of 2 days per week.

Yes, the price does include: broadband, gas, electricity, water and cleaning bill. Council tax is also included in the price.
